When you use Vela to launch a token on Solana, we may collect the following information:

• Your Solana wallet address (public key) provided during the token configuration process
• Token metadata you submit, including name, ticker symbol, description, and logo image
• Transaction signatures submitted for payment verification
• Browser type, device information, and anonymized usage analytics
• IP address for fraud prevention and abuse detection purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to operate and improve the Vela platform:

• To verify and process your token deployment requests on Solana mainnet
• To confirm payment transactions via on-chain verification
• To generate and store token metadata on the Metaplex protocol
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of our platform
• To improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Blockchain Data

Please be aware that any data written to the Solana blockchain — including your token contract address, wallet address, and token metadata — is permanently public and immutable. Vela Labs has no ability to delete or modify on-chain data once deployed. By proceeding with a token launch, you acknowledge and accept this.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Vela uses minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand platform usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Session data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core platform functionality.

5. Data Retention

We retain off-chain records of token launch configurations for up to 24 months for operational and compliance purposes. Payment transaction signatures are retained for up to 36 months for fraud prevention. You may request deletion of off-chain records by contacting us at velalabs.sol@gmail.com.

6. Security

Vela is a non-custodial platform. We never hold, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases. All payments are made directly from your wallet to the Vela treasury address via standard Solana transactions. We employ industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption for all data in transit.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vela platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those who launch tokens, browse the platform, or interact with any part of the Vela ecosystem.

2. Description of Service

Vela is a non-custodial token deployment platform that enables users to create, configure, and launch SPL tokens on the Solana blockchain. The platform facilitates:

• Token contract creation and deployment on Solana mainnet
• On-chain metadata storage via the Metaplex protocol
• Automated liquidity pool creation on Raydium
• Token listing and route discovery via Jupiter aggregator

3. Fees & Payments

Vela charges a platform fee equal to 5% of your stated investment amount, collected at the time of deployment. This fee is non-refundable once your token has been deployed to mainnet. All fees are denominated in SOL and sent directly to the Vela treasury wallet on the Solana blockchain. By submitting payment, you authorize this transfer.

Network gas fees charged by the Solana protocol are separate from Vela's platform fee and are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, Vela Labs cannot issue refunds for platform fees once a token deployment has been initiated. If your deployment fails due to a platform error on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a credit toward a future launch.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your token does not infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not launching tokens designed to defraud, deceive, or harm other users
• Safeguarding your wallet private keys and seed phrases
• All tax obligations arising from token creation or trading activity

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Vela to launch tokens that:

• Impersonate or misrepresent existing projects, companies, or individuals
• Are designed as securities or investment contracts without appropriate registration
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Contain malicious code, exploits, or hidden backdoors
• Target minors or vulnerable individuals

Vela reserves the right to refuse service to any user who violates these prohibitions.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency and blockchain-based assets carry significant risk. Token values can decrease to zero. Liquidity may be limited. Vela Labs makes no representations regarding the future value or market performance of any token launched through our platform. Do not invest funds you cannot afford to lose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Vela Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for losses arising from blockchain network congestion, wallet incompatibilities, or third-party protocol failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vela Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to Vela in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY.
